akp48 reserves the right to verify a user's identity to ensure secure transactions. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identity document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be limited until the KYC process is complete.

2 Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1 Deposits

The following methods can be used to make deposits at akp48: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Please be aware of the charges associated with the relevant payment method before making a deposit.

2.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes 5–30 minutes.

3 Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Claiming this bonus requires completing a wagering of 10 times the combined amount of the deposit and bonus.

3.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.
• A bonus cannot be combined with multiple offers at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can be withdrawn only after wagering requirements have been completed.

• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

akp48 has the final authority on determining and advancing VIP tiers.

4 Gaming Rules

4.1 Fair Play

akp48 believes in the principle of fair play. All games are operated through SSL encryption technology and results are determined impartially. Any form of cheating, manipulation, or attempt to exploit the system is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, akp48 reserves the right to void or correct the bets for that game. akp48 is not responsible for any issues arising from a loss of internet connection during an active bet.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

• Playing using bots or automated software.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using multiple accounts to abuse bonus benefits.

5 Account Suspension and Closure

akp48 may immediately suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Prolonged inactivity on the account.
• Compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.

5.2 User's Right to Close Account
